The 20mm pleated system has been designed to fit an extensive variety of installations and, because of its flexibility, is especially suited to conservatory roofs. The headrail has an aesthetically shaped appearance and is available in powder-coated white and brown. The end caps are quick and easy to secure and offer an improved finish to the headrail.

Manufacture of the system is made possible because of the patented Unipleat pleat retention system, which means the blind always retains a perfect shape in both free-hanging and roof installations.

To complete the system there is an extensive range of other components including, side guides & closure strips which reduce the light gap between the blind and the window frame and ‘non-kink’ support wire & locking rings. There is also a comprehensive choice of speciality brackets and fixing plates designed to suit the awkward installations associated with conservatory roofs.

Specifically designed and easy-to-use production benches and jigs are available.

A collection of pleated fabrics, in an extensive range of colours and styles including blockout and fire retardant, form part of the Pleated programme. As well as a number having a reflective coating on the reverse of the fabric for additional control of solar light and heat, there is a range of cellular products.
